Event Planner Enquiry Terms

These practical terms support quote-led event enquiries. They do not create automatic price entitlement or approval status.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create an account, reserve production capacity or confirm that the project can be accepted.

Quotes

The written quote controls the project scope, price, timing, finish, delivery method and any information needed before production starts.

Payment

Bespoke and event work normally requires payment before production starts unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

Proofs and approval

The customer is responsible for checking proofs, spelling, names, wording, dimensions and quantities before approval.

Artwork and permissions

If logos, artwork or supplied designs are used, the customer must have permission to use them. Final artwork requirements can be agreed after the first enquiry.

Materials and finish

Wood and sheet materials vary in grain, tone, thickness and surface condition. The quote will state the agreed material and finish level.

Dates

Production and dispatch timing runs from the approvals, details and payment required by the quote. Required-on-site dates should include a delivery buffer.

Delivery and unbranded dispatch

Delivery and courier costs are quoted separately. Direct-to-client or venue dispatch can be packed without Woodn't It Be Cool branding where agreed.

Service limits

Installation, event styling and on-site setup are not offered. Bespoke or personalised work may not be cancellable once material, setup or production has begun, except where statutory rights apply.
