Event planner packages

Wooden event pieces for planners, stylists and venues.

Enquire about table numbers, letter drops, welcome and sign-in pieces, displays, personalised games, guest gifts or a general event idea. Send the basics and we will confirm whether it is suitable to quote.

A first enquiry should be simple.

This is not a trade-account application. It is a way to register interest in event pieces or packages so the job can be checked and quoted properly.

Event and wedding planners

Small wooden details and practical event pieces that can be quoted around a real event date and rough quantities.

Venue stylists and hospitality teams

Table details, welcome pieces and display components for styled spaces, venues and guest areas.

Corporate and private events

Wooden pieces for guest experience, gifting, wayfinding and displays where a more personal finish is useful.

What can be quoted

The enquiry can start with a rough idea. Final wording, files, names and artwork can follow later if the project is suitable.

Personalised games

Personalised wooden games for guest entertainment, gifting or venue moments where the quantity and timing make sense.

General event enquiry

If the idea does not fit a listed package, describe it in normal language and we will confirm whether it can be quoted.

How the enquiry works

The first form is for interest and quoting. It is not intended to collect every final approval detail.

Send the basics

Event type, event date, required date, rough quantity, venue/client postcode, budget band and the pieces you are considering.

Feasibility check

The idea is checked against material, finish, workshop capacity, delivery route and timing before a quote is prepared.

Written quote

The quote confirms scope, price, timing, dispatch method and anything needed before production starts.

Make and dispatch

Approved work is made, checked and sent by agreed local delivery or courier. Direct-to-client or venue dispatch can be unbranded.

Plan around the required date.

Event work should not rely on a last-day dispatch unless that has been agreed in writing and the delivery method supports it.

Enquire early where possible

The earlier the event date, rough quantities and venue area are known, the easier it is to plan production and delivery realistically.

Timing is quote-led

The written quote confirms the expected production and dispatch timing for that specific job.

Build in a delivery buffer

Required-on-site dates should allow for packing, courier movement, venue receiving and client checks.

Delivery and direct-to-venue dispatch

Finished work is delivered locally where agreed or sent by courier.

Local delivery where agreed

Local delivery can be quoted where timing, distance, access and handover requirements make it practical.

Courier dispatch

Courier costs are quoted from packed size, weight, postcode, insurance and service level.

Unbranded direct dispatch

When work is sent straight to a client or venue, it can be packed without Woodn't It Be Cool branding by default.

On-site installation and event styling are not offered.

Event enquiry FAQs

Do I need final artwork or files to enquire?

No. The first enquiry only needs enough information to understand the idea, rough quantity, timing and delivery location. Final artwork, names or wording can follow later if needed.

What can I enquire about?

Table numbers, letter drops, welcome pieces, sign-in equipment, displays, personalised games, guest gifts, place details or a general event idea.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no public minimum because viability depends on the product, setup, material, quantity, finish and delivery. The enquiry will be checked before quoting.

Can items include names, dates or wording?

Yes where the product and production method suit it. Mention known wording at enquiry stage, but final details can be confirmed later.

Can items go directly to my client or venue?

Yes where the delivery method and timing are agreed. Direct-to-client or venue work can be packed without Woodn't It Be Cool branding.

Do you offer installation?

No. The service is supply and dispatch only: local delivery where agreed or courier delivery. Installation, venue styling and on-site setup are not offered.

How early should I enquire?

As early as possible once the event date, required date, rough quantities and delivery area are known. The quote will confirm what timing is realistic.

Can I send a general enquiry?

Yes. If you are not sure which package fits, describe the idea in normal language and it can be reviewed.
