Shipping policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. UK delivery is included in the price of our personalised 3D printed name signs and personalised solitaire boards. Delivery charges for other products, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Making and dispatch

Name signs and solitaire boards are made to order and dispatched within 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery time is additional to this making time. We will send confirmation when your order is dispatched.

Please check your delivery address and personalisation before ordering. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun.

Delayed or damaged deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can help. Photographs of any damage and the packaging can help us resolve the issue, but do not affect your statutory rights.
