Personalised and custom-made items

Our personalised name signs and engraved solitaire boards are made to your specifications. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Please check spelling, capital letters, colour and other personalisation carefully before ordering.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether this is still possible before work begins.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights remain unchanged, including for personalised items. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or has personalisation that differs from the details you supplied, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights, and cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Non-personalised items

For eligible non-personalised goods bought online, you may tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Please email us before returning an item and keep proof of postage. You are responsible for return postage for a change of mind.

We will refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, where charged, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to contact us or cancel

Email us with your name, order number, order date, the goods concerned and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also write to the address below. This policy does not limit any statutory rights.
